Neely Fuller Jr. is the author of The United Independent Compensatory Code/system/concept - A Textbook/workbook for Thought, Speech And/or Action for Victims of Racism (White Supremacy), which he self-published in 1969. The book lays out the author's controversial philosophy of "Counter-Racism" which asserts that only white people can be racist, among other things. In recent years Neely has taught diversity classes and seminars for government and business.
