What is Bandung2? Bandung2 is a global movement of individuals committed to replacing all man-made forms of supremacy with Justice. The dominant contemporary form of man-made supremacy is the globally-operating system of Racism (White Supremacy). Justice means that no-one is mistreated and that the one who needs help the most, gets the most help. |

Are you another Black Power movement? The short answer to this question is, “no”. It is beyond the scope of this FAQ to provide a detailed answer to this question here. However, it will be addressed in a forthcoming article available at the Bandung2 website. |

Are you another Islamic Power movement? If by “Islamic Power” is meant “Muslim power” in the sense of “power wielded by Muslims for Muslims” – what might be referred to as “Muslim Supremacy” (real or imagined) - then Bandung2 movement is not an “Islamic Power movement”. However, if by “Islamic Power” is meant “human socio-political power that is subjugated and rendered submissive” by virtue of being subject to Islam as the power-relation and life-transaction between the human being and God/Allah (i.e. DEEN), then Bandung2 is indeed an Islamic Power movement. Under current conditions of White Supremacy (Racism), “Islamic Power” cannot exist. However, it is something that is achievable and remains to be achieved. The goal of Bandung2 is to replace White Supremacy (Racism) with Justice, not to replace White Supremacy (Racism) with Muslim Supremacy. Islamic Supremacy means The Supremacy of God/Allah Alone and strikes at the root of all supremacist ideologies – real, such as White Supremacy (Racism), and imagined, such as Black Supremacy and Muslim Supremacy, alike. |

Is not capitalism or western democracy the global power system in the world? In order to attain supremacy, it is necessary to simultaneously dominate in all major areas of people activity which include economics, education, entertainment, labour, language, law, politics, sex and war. From an Islamic counter-Racist perspective, capitalism – rather, RIBA-nomics - is the economic subsystem within the contemporary global system that is White Supremacy (Racism). According to Bandung2, to identify capitalism as “the global power system” is to confuse the trees with the wood, i.e. to mistake the part for the whole, and is a common mistake made by non-white victims of Racism (White Supremacy) and by white people who are not White Supremacists (Racists), irrespective of their political persuasion (“left”/radical or “right”/conservative). This confusion is promoted by White Supremacists (Racists) in order to divert attention away from them towards an abstraction called “money” and an ideology based on it called “capitalism”. Democracy is a highly nebulous term which cannot be defined with sufficient clarity in order to determine whether or not it does – or can – exist anywhere in the contemporary world. Generally, this term functions as a deceit employed by White Supremacists (Racists) to mask their operations, both locally and globally. |

Who are the White Supremacists (Racists) of today? Who is the most powerful? The White Supremacists (Racists) of today are those who practice Racism (White Supremacy) including influential figures such as the leaders of countries/nations, heads of corporations and ‘celebrities’, as well as ‘ordinary’ members of the public. Although there is indeed a leadership hierarchy within the system of White Supremacy (Racism), it is incorrect to focus on individuals since White Supremacy (Racism) is a system which propagates itself across generations (it is a “family affair”, with family understood in an ideological, and not necessarily strictly geneological, sense). Racism (White Supremacy) is Race-ism, a competition (in the sense of conflict or war) between groups of people, like that between teams of runners in a relay race. Once a runner has become fatigued, he or she passes on the baton to the next runner in his or her team. Members of the team of White Supremacy (Racism) come from across the political spectrum (“left”, “right”, “centre”). |

Are you against white people as you use the term White Supremacy (Racism) alot? The relation between white people and White Supremacists (Racists) is as follows: Every White Supremacist (Racist) is a white person, but not every white person is a White Supremacist (Racist). Bandung2 is against White Supremacy (Racism), not white people. |

I am a white person and I do not consider myself to be a ‘white supremacist’ and find the term very offensive. Why do you use it? The term White Supremacy (Racism) is used because it accurately describes the nature of the contemporary global socio-political system. It is only correct to use this term. As stated in the answer to FAQ #6, not every white person is a white supremacist. If you are not practicing White Supremacy (Racism), then you are not a White Supremacist (Racist); you are simply a white person. If you are a white person and find the term “White Supremacy (Racism)” offensive, ask yourself why this is so given the distinction made between white people and White Supremacists (Racists). If White Supremacy (Racism) exists and it is unjust, there is no reason why a person who is white but not a White Supremacist (Racist) should feel offended by the term since it simply defines the nature of socio-political reality. |

Can a white person be part of this movement? Any person who is not a White Supremacist (Racist) can be a part of this movement. By default, this includes non-white victims of Racism (White Supremacy), but it also includes any white person who is committed to replacing White Supremacy (Racism) with Justice. It is important to appreciate that under conditions of White Supremacy (Racism), it is only prudent and correct that white people be treated as “racial suspects” because of the possibility that they may be, or may become, White Supremacists (Racists). However, this does not mean that it is just or correct to mistreat white people in any way. |

I am still confused about what you mean by White Supremacy (Racism). Where can I get more information? There are a number of standard works on the subject including The United Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept: a textbook/workbook for thought, speech and/or action for victims of racism (white supremacy) by Neely Fuller Jr and The Racial Contract by Charles W. Mills. The first work is accessible to a general readership while the second is more academic in nature. In addition, the Bandung2 website (www.bandung2.co.uk) contains articles written by third-parties which provide various analyses of White Supremacy (Racism) and the Bandung2 blog (www.bandung2.blog.co.uk) contains a collection of articles written by members of the Bandung2 movement from an Islamic counter-Racist perspective. |

Can non-white people be part of White Supremacy (Racism)? White Supremacy (Racism) is a globally operating system in which all non-white people are integrated, irrespective of their feelings in the matter. In this sense, they are already ‘parts’ of this system. Nonetheless, non-white people cannot be ‘part’ of White Supremacy (Racism) in the sense of setting its agenda and determining its course since they are the victims of this system and not its beneficiaries. The existence of countless numbers of non-white individuals who appear to have “made it” does not call into question the existence of White Supremacy (Racism) in the same way that the existence of “House Negroes” on the plantations did not call into question the existence of slavery. |

You have identified White Supremacy (Racism) as the global oppressive system in the world but what about in places like Zimbabwe, is this not Black Supremacy? The realities of the socio-political situation and “racial oppression” practiced in Zimbabwe are more complex than appears to the uninformed observer and require a detailed presentation which is beyond the scope of this FAQ. However, it is worthwhile briefly commenting on the issue of whether Zimbabwe is – or is even capable of – implementing Black Supremacy. In order to do this, it is necessary to first define the term “Black Supremacy”. According to counter-Racist analyst, Neely Fuller Jr., “Black Supremacy” may be defined as follows: The subjugation all white people, by Black and/or “non-white” people, for the basic purpose of “pleasing” and/or serving any or all Black or “non-white” persons, at all times, in areas of activity including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labour, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, and War. Since the government of Zimbabwe is not able to subjugate all white people – assuming it is able to subjugate any at all on its own terms, that is, without the tacit consent of White Supremacists (Racists) who allow this to happen as part of an ‘expendability’ or ‘collateral damage’ policy to further the long-term objectives of White Supremacy (Racism) for maintenance, expansion and refinement – it cannot implement Black Supremacy. |

You seem to imply that only white people can be racists, but what about non-white people being racist to white people? The Bandung2 movement does not take the view that “only white people can be racists”. Rather, it takes the view that non-white people can indeed be racists, but that they cannot be Racists. The former – racism (lower-case ‘r’) - refers to unjust treatment of people on the basis of colour and/or factors of colour that is non-systemic and local in effect. It can be practiced by anyone, white and non-white alike. However, under conditions of White Supremacy, the consequences of practicing racism are not necessarily alike for white people and non-white people. By contrast, the latter – Racism (upper-case ‘R’) – refers to unjust treatment of people on the basis of colour and/or factors of colour that is systemic and global in impact. Only white people who are White Supremacists are capable of practicing Racism since only this group of people currently has global systemic power. By conflating racism with Racism (White Supremacy), the Racist (White Supremacist) is able to confuse non-white victims and those white people who either are not White Supremacists (Racists) or are White Supremacists (Racists) who may come to stop practicing Racism (White Supremacy) once it has been explained to them what it is and how it works. |

What are your views on reparations? They are necessary for establishing Justice. |
| 14 |
What is your process of decision making? There is no formal leadership structure in Bandung2 and so decisions are usually made through consultation which generally results in the emergence of a consensus on how to proceed with implementation. |
| 15 |
You mention The Qu’ran a lot but what about Hadiths [traditions attributed to the Prophet Muhammad]? Do you reject hadiths? Reliance on The Qur’an does not entail rejection of the ahadith or sunnah (attributed practice of the Prophet Muhammad). However, the Bandung2 movement takes the view that The Qur’an alone, in conjunction with human reason, acts as the final arbiter as to the validity of the Islamic tradition. That which is associated with the tradition which accords with The Qur’an in both letter and spirit is acceptable and can be considered part of the authentic Islamic tradition. |
| 16 |
Will you work with other groups/movements/organisations? Bandung2 will work with any individual, group, organisation or movement that is pursuing goals consistent with those of Bandung2. The principal goal is replacing Racism (White Supremacy) with Justice. |
| 17 |
If I want to get involved in this movement what can I do? Contact the movement by email: fieldmuslim@bandung2.co.uk |
| 18 |
How do you intend to achieve what you want? By any halal means necessary. |
| 19 |
What activities are you involved in? Bandung2 activities revolve around research, critical analysis and propagation efforts. The movement produces its own literature and multimedia (audio and video) as well as making third-party materials available to interested individuals, groups and organisations. It holds periodic conferences to which members of the public are invited with a view to raising awareness of Racism (White Supremacy), what it is and how it works, and the Islamic counter-Racist alternative to this unjust system. Finally, it merchandises a range of low-cost “counter-branded” clothing in order to promote itself. |
