White Supremacy (Racism) is the dominant system of power relations that is operational in the contemporary world, functioning both locally and globally in all of the nine major areas of activity including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labour, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, and War.

In The United Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept: a textbook/workbook for thought, speech, and/or action for victims of racism (white supremacy), counter-racist thinker Neely Fuller Jr. defines White Supremacy as:

(1)   The direct or indirect subjugation of all “Non-White” people by “White” people, for the basic purpose of “pleasing” and/or serving any or all “White” persons, at all times, in all places, in all of the nine major areas of activity.

(2)   The only functional Racism, in existence, among the people of the known universe that is based on “colour” and/or “anti-colour” in the physical make-up or physical appearance of persons.

(3)   Racism “for the sake of” Racism.

Under conditions of White Supremacy (Racism), there are three basic types of people in the known universe:

(1)   White people

(2)   Non-White people

(3)   White Supremacists (Racists)

According to Fuller,

(1)   “White” people are people who classify themselves as “White”, and have been classified as “White”, accepted as “White” by other people classified as “White”, and who generally function as “White” in all of the nine major areas of activity.

(2)   “Non-White” people are people who have been classified as “Non-White”, and/or who generally function as “Non-White” in their relationships with each other, and with people classified as “White”, in all of the nine major areas of activity.

(3)   White Supremacists (Racists) are people who classify themselves as “White”, and who generally function as “White”, and who practice racial subjugation (based on “White”-“Non-White” classifications) against people classified as “Non-White”, at any time, in any place, in any one or more of the nine major areas of activity.

It is important to appreciate that all White Supremacists (Racists) are necessarily “White” people, but not all “White” people are necessarily White Supremacists (Racists).

White Supremacy (Racism) is a system of power relations that has been established, maintained, expanded and refined by those who self-classify as “White” in order to unjustly subjugate (that is, dominate) those classified as “Non-White” using two principle means of control – deceit and the threat and/or implementation of direct violence.

It is incorrect to use the term “White Racism” since Racism, which is a functional system of thought, speech and action, currently does not exist in a form other than White Supremacy.  “Non-White” people cannot practice Racism, that is, racial subjugation, against “White” people in the contemporary world.
